Single Session fees & 3-Session Packages available: Packages are available following the first session and rates will be discussed during our initial therapy session. Full session fees range from $185-$250. I reserve a number of spots for those in need of sliding scale / reduced fee services; availability varies.  

Insurance

I am happy to provide you with an invoice or claim form to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

To utilize out-of-network benefits to obtain reimbursement for services, please contact your insurance carrier and check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have out-of-network behavioral/mental health insurance benefits?
• Does my plan cover services with an LCSW-R provider?
• Do I have a deductible? If yes, how much is it and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• How do I obtain reimbursement for therapy with an out-of-network provider?
• At what rate will I be reimbursed by the insurance company?
• Is approval or pre-authorization required?  If yes, who can pre-authorize it (i.e., primary care physician, psychiatrist, etc.)?

NOTE:  Some insurance plans DO NOT reimburse for Marriage/Couples Counseling services. Ask about reimbursement for Family Counseling. Please check with your insurance provider.
